Avlimil, Warner Healthcare, Wagner Pharmaceuticals Fraudulent debit to my account, Scam & ripoff! Cincinnati Ohio

On July 25th. 2003, I ordered the free sample of Avlimil that was advertised on TV via the website, www.avlimil.com. I still have that free sample sitting in my cabinet. Since after reading a bit more about it & the ingredients - I decided not to try it. I authorized $4.50 shipping for the free sample as a debit to my checking account.

On August 18th., 2003 - this company debited $35.00 from my account. I DID NOT Authorize that & hadn't received anything for it. When I saw the debit on my bank statement online, I called the "customer care" number given for avlimil. After being on hold for a long time, I finally got to speak to someone who said they shipped me another month supply & I authorized that via the website. I DID NOT! She told me to refuse the shipment & they would credit my account when it was returned to them. Well, it is now January 8th. of 2004! Still no credit for this $35.00!

I have called at least 20 times & keep getting told they are "extremely busy","didn't anticipate the response to this offer", and various other excuses. They said it would take a few weeks, but I would receive my credit. Now a few weeks has become 6 months & nothing! I would advise anyone thinking of dealing with this company - DON'T! They are at the very least - incompetant, and I am thinking more like fraudulent! While it is only $35.00 - I plan to pursue this until something is done!

I wonder how many other women have been ripped off & haven't come forward? I have researched this company & found almost all comments on them to be NEGATIVE! What I have NOT been able to find , however, is the NAME of someone who is in charge & can handle this simple credit to my account!

Be suspicious, be VERY suspicious! If you too have been ripped off, let as many people know as you can including your Better Business Bureau!
