Berkeley Pharmacutical Aka Warner Healthcare ripoff Lying, cheating, misleading, unethical, no customer service, illegal, steal your money! Cincinnati Ohio

I called this company to sign up for a free sample. I was told that they would need my VISA number to bill me for the shipping and handling. I was not told that I would be automatically billed 70.00 in the next two weeks!!!

When I received my bank statement, I could see that I had been charged. My statement also revealed a phone number to call. I called right away, and spoke with a sales associate that told me I would be receiving my new shipment any day. I told this person that I did not want more, and that I wanted to cancel any sort of membership I had, and that I wanted my money back! I was told that it would be no problem.

When I got the package, I wrote return to sender, and put it directly back in the mailbox as I was told to do. I called back two weeks later and was told that it may take a while to have my return posted to the computers, and that I needed to call back.

I did, about three weeks after that, and was told that as soon as they got confirmation of the return, the money would go back into my account. It has now been three months, and now I can't get through to anyone in the "Customer service dept". I stayed on hold for twenty-four minutes today, and no one picked up the line.

I have attempted to have my bank do something about getting the money back, but it has been longer than sixty days, and nothing can be done. I just want my money back!!!
