Bestmeds Charged my credit card for a product they never delivered then lied about the reason. ripoff Internet

I ordered online a package from Bestmeds.net on approx.June14th 2007. My credit card was charged over $200. They said the paackge would arrive in 2 -3 weeks. Itis August 17th and there is no sign ofthe package even though they insist that they resent it on June20. I asked for a refund and was promised on but nothing happened. They just stopped emailing to my e mails.
I have saved all the e mails from them including one that states that on August 17th I would recieve a full refund if my package was'nt delivered. He agreed with me and even sounded sorry trying to explain some problem with shipping.
It is now August 17th, 2 months after this began, and I have nothing. I have e mailed almost every day to no avail. I don't think they ever intended to deliver anything to me.

I reported the name of the company as bestmeds.net. The name of the company is actually bestmedprices.net.

After almost 3 months I finally got my money back. They did not have any reasons they basically blamed me for not checking my post office!Terrible rippoff company. Stay away you WILL get burned. AMuir
