I ordered (1) Green Tea Extreme 30-day Trial Offer @ $1.00+$4.95 Shipping & Handling for a Total of $5.95 that I authorized Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. to charge to my Credit Card. However, when I received the shipment, there were (2) items that I did not order and I've never heard of before:
(1) Hoodiburst Gum .....$ 9.95, and
(1) Hoodiwater......29.95
Total Amount Not Authorized To Be Charged To My Credit Card $39.90

I have tried to call Central Coast Nutraceuticals @ 1-888-692-8352 several times in reference to this problem. But after hold on the line for 10-15 minutes, I am repeately disconnected.

I cannot return the merchandise to them until I receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Also, it is stated on the Sales Receipt included in the shipment, that it is their practice is to charge a 15% Restocking fee for all returns. I am not going to pay a 15% Restocking Fee on merchandise that I did not order and that I did not give Central Coast Nutraceuticals the authorization to charge to my credit card. Should I be contacting the Trade Commission?
