I received a mailer for Zymax in October 2001. The product looked intersting and after having a baby and two major surgeries just six months before, decided to give it a try.

I ordered a four month supply of the product and took it religiously for two months after receiving it. I got absolutely no results. I called the company and told them that I did not want another shipment because it didn't work and they said that I would not receive any more shipments and no future drafts would be taken.

In February, I had another draft taken out and another shipment was delivered a week later. I demanded that they refund my money immediately and asked that they pay my overdraft charges that were charged to my bank account. They asked me to send back the order unopened and fax them a copy of the shipping receipt so that they could process my refund. I faxed them all the information they requested and they still haven't received my refund.

Nutritional Fulfillment Center apparently has no supervisors on duty that will take calls. Every time I ask for a supervisor, I am told that they are all busy. Beware of this company and their SCAMS!
