I received an email from DirectDietPills saying my order had been shipped. I responded by saying I had not ordered anything and they asked me to call an 800 number. I called and spoke with Yvette. I explained that I had not ordered, she asked a few questions and put me on hold.

When she returned to the phone she apologized to me, saying the information was valid and the order could not be cancelled or returned. I reinterated that I had not ordered anything, but it fell on deaf ears.

I emailed them saying I had not gotten satisfaction from Yvette and they send a local number and ask for Ross. I responded, asking why should I call him if he was just going to say the same thing. I then asked for their address, the amount of the charge and how it was listed on my account. They refused to give me any of that information.

I remember ordering from them a while ago. They advertise prescriptions meds, but then substitute with over the counter meds. Once this happened, I knew not to order anything from them. It seems that they not only do a bait and switch, but they keep customer information on file and periodically use it to bill customers for orders they have not placed.

What a big ripoff! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am looking for other regulatory agencies. The public should be weary of this company.
