I reponded to an add for my daughter in July for this weight control product. It was a trial offer for FWM Labs Inc. LIFEBERRY and OXI-BERRY.  I was charged for shipping, and have received on trial sample which I have not opened. I was just charged $87.13 twice or each of these products, an order which I did not authorize nor was it coordinated with this company FWM Labs Inc. I've not had any communication other than the trial offer initially.  They have multiple numbers and their on line support www.myordersupport.com took 30 minutes to get an agent for LIFEBERRY, who provided confirmation # for refund and address to return full order of product that I never ordered if/when it arrives.  Conf# RMA 1775137-9948081.  She could not deal with other product although it is same company, (OXI-BERRY), who never answered when I called.  They said the dreaded - "Read the fine print of the trial offer".  Something which I cannot find on line to read.  Maybe it's in the trial offer package that I have not opened and will not.
