Global Life Enhancement Worst experience ever!stay away!! Galloway New Jersey

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Im glad I found all these reports and im not surprised that there is so many of them. When I placed my order for a vaporizer on their website I used a credit card with my mothers name on it(a join account) Now I have ordered several times from ebay, amazon.com, best buy etc etc and the list goes on I use this card to shop online all the time and this is the first time Ive had such a problem.

Apparently the problem was the name difference for shipping and billing even though the address is the same, same last name and everything.As Ive said I order with this card the same way ALL the time.

Now about 20 minutes later I recieve a call from someone asking for my mother like she is a friend, or a sly collector/sales person..she did not disclose a company name she did not disclose a name for herself she was very quiet I could barely hear her and she was also very unfriendly. This call was supposed to be to verify my order which could have easily been done HAD I KNOWN who I was actually talking to and I had to call back to find out that it was regarding my order and that it had been canceled not even five minutes later. I also recieve two different answers regarding my refund first it can take up to 5 days now suddenly it can take up to 8 days!!hmm...suspicious.

Im not sure im even gonna get my money back.Horrible service. Ive been in contact with the better buisness bureau and hopefully something will be done.
