I ordered hcg at hcgdirect.com called to cancel the order the following day 1/04/12 told me it was non refundable. i could not take it do to a stomach condition the order was 165.00 it had not been billed to my credit card so i canceled the card. Got a letter in the mail today 1/30/12 that said they would report me to the credit bureau if i did not pay i paid them but am furious that i got no consideration on a refund they had not processed yet or billed to me the day i called the. i want my payment refunded
