I never received the trial offer but was billed 4.99 that mo.(sept.2011)

Oct. And Nov. I rec'd bottle of drops and billed 99.90 Oct. And Nov.2011

Dec. 2011, I did not receive anything but was billed 99.90 again.

HCG Xtreme needs to credit my acct. $99.90

I have tried to call the only phone number listed for HCG Xtreme 1-800-969-0160 for two weeks and get a recording the office is closed.

I want HCG Xtreme to cancel any more shipments and credit of $99.90 to my acct. Thank you for your quick response to this matter.
