i am a person who has bad pain in ankles knees back etc. ive worked const, played hard , am in my 40s , and 275 pounds and feeling it later in life.i ordered the trial bottle took as recomended. i called them and said i didnt feel pain as much but didnt feel good either. the lady was polite and said if i felt like they helped at all she would send another bottle free and with free shipping to see if they would work. she said the pills work for a lot of people fast some slower and some cant get relief. the pills made me feel half my age again . she said to be sure and  call and cancel before the 12th to stop automatic shipments if the pills didnt work. im laid off from work and its the 11th. i cant afford these pills so i canceled even though they really work good.the lady today was polite also and even said i would get a opt out confirmation email which i recieved seconds later. a+++ company in my opinion.
