Light Relief They've been charging me monthly Joint Formula capsules which I did not even order. It was included in light relief package i ordered. reno, Nevada

i bought Light Relief infrared light with my credit card. They included in the package a LR joint formula which I did not even order even they said it's free. Then Monthly, they would charge me for the joint formula even though I haven't received any bottle. January 2012, I saw in my credit card they were charged me again another bottle and I received a bottle.I called them and said I did not order that and to refund me the money.They said include the RA number in the return. I did not open and instead return to sender with the complete address and RA number. I returned to sender because paying the shippng is too much because I did not even order it in the first place. When i called again the following week, they said they haven't received any bottle. They were asking for confirmation or delivery conf. no. which I did not get because I know it would reach them for sure, because it's their address in the pacakge. They found an excuse not to refund my money. and the one I've talked to was not polite, and she is rude. She is probably used to these calls. This is really a ripoff. The light relief itself is not effective. Don't buy this product......it's a scam....
