Marqilife - Nite Trim ripoff I was suppose to lose weight instead I lost money Clearwater Florida

I ordered this weight lose pill on line guranteed to work or your money back no questions asked. they say we don't want your money if it doesn't work for you. what a joke i'm out $157.00.

I received confirmation on removal but according to them they say they were not contacted.I have print outs that say otherwise. i called and talked to a man by the name of Mark who said i would be credited on my next statement. didn't happen.

I was charged for a total of three times for product i don't have i returned it to them through the post office by refusing product on the unopened packages. They say they never got it so I contacted the postmaster and he said they were returned because there is nothing pending at my address.

My husband called and talked to Mark and he was told that i needed to fax them my paperwork. i did and still wouldn't stop the charges. Then they charged for the product without shipping it.

I then called my credit card company and informed them what was happening so they put a freeze on the account and recommended me to cancel my card in which i did. Then I received a letter from them saying that according to marqilife this account was still open and i had not cancelled the program.

I am livid. I'm now out the money and my credit card rating has dropped due to them.

I have all my documentation and if anything legal comes about I will be more than happy to supply it.
