After trying numerous times to get a Return Merchandise Authorization thru the internet # given by the co. I could not get any information. All I got were different e mail addresses which were ridiculess. I called and spoke to a "sam"& "david" and requested a RMA but they said they could not provide it and hung up on me.

I am sorry that you had such a bad experience and I assure you that I have forward this information to a on site manager. No customer is ever hung up on with managements knowledge.

None the less we are not in the business of leaving our customers with a bad taste in their mouths. Dealing with the bank can only take you so far and can be a lengthy process.
