I made a fairly large purchase from this company back in August 2011. after many delays and promises shipment got stuck in Customs in Vancouver Canada.
The manager of the company (Steve L) assured me that there was no problem and this was normal, he also said he would look into it to see what the problem was.
After a month in Customs he sent another order using the same courier (HK-EMS ) and it too was snagged by customs in Vancouver once again.
They assured me that this was beyond their control of which I agreed. But also promised me that my money would be returned as soon as they received their product back.
That was almost 4 Months ago now. I have tried on numerous occasions to e-mail them, and I have yet to receive a reply back from them. I even went so far as to talk to the main manager, and he got rude and called me a menace for bothering him.
I would strongly suggest anyone looking to buy product from China avoid this company at all costs. They won't keep their word, but they will definitely keep your money.

Last year I filed a complaint against this company after an unfortunate business dealing with one of their salesmen. I stand by my original complaint as I had every reason to be upset at this company.
Approximately a week ago I was contacted by the CEO of Powerlife Nutrition, a Mr Liu Sanhong. He explained to me that he had been going over some e-mails between a former employee and myself, and was contacting me in regards to the way the former employee had handled the situation.
After some dialogue Mr Sanhong was quick to try and make amends, and has since made every attempt to resolve the situation.
This company has shown me that it is willing to work on behalf of it's customers, and can be recognized as one that is worthy of doing business with.
Due to the efforts of Mr Sanhong and Powerlife Nutrition, I would without equivocation recommend doing business with them.

Hello Dave T, I wanted to know if the products then you have arrived and have themtested.
Thus, the products are genuine? Or fear that they are a fake.
