I had ordered a trial for shipping only. Never received and then was billed for the completer amount. Called and cancelled and received a confirmation number. Said I would get a refund.

Waited awhile, no refund came. Called several times and received several different responses. Have been after them since December, 2008. FInally, I was told refund was processed on Januray 26th, to now February 9th, no refund given.
