Warner Health Care - "Avlimil" ripoff Criminals who use Internet Bank Fraud, to steal money using Consumers credit card numbers, Scumbags use the Guise of a business to commit Credit Card Theft. Cincinnati Ohio

After seeing an advertisement on TV, my wife ordered a free 30 day trial of Avlimil around August 25th 2003 for a total of $4.50 with no further obligation. On October 2nd 2003 I checked our bank account and saw a charge for $35.00 being processed. I immediately called my bank to question what the charge was for.

They informed me it was from a company called “Warner Health Care. I went onto an internet search engine and typed there name in only to find out they were "Avlimil" and were placing a bogus charge on our ATM card for $35.00. I informed the bank of this fraud and my ATM card was cancelled.

I then called the 800 number for Avlimil Warner Health Care to ask why they were charging my bank $35.00. They told me my shipment was sent that morning and my bank had been charged. The only thing is I never ordered anything from them.

I asked to speak to a Manager or a phone number for their Corporate Office and they proceeded to transfer me through there maze of so called customer service until I was told no one was there and I would need to call back.

Well I won't be calling back, but I will be calling our State Government to file a complaint about these Scumbags who use the Guise of a business to commit Credit Card Theft.

My bank has filed a dispute against Warner Health Care and placed my $35.00 back into our bank account. Thank God for sites like this to help fight the Ripoffs like "Warner Health Care.
