My name is Lori in April 2000 i called Zymax to try their dietary supplements they told me as long as i sent it back with in 30 days i would be refunded my ful price. I tried the pills for two weeks they did not work at all , and in fact i ate more when I was on them. I sent them back in plenty of time, sence then I have called them because i havent recieved my refund all i want is my money back , the man i talked to said my refund would arrive soon its been sence april i was ripped off big time. do not trust this company they are a major rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the company phone # is 1-800-951-4201 the address is Denman Scientific Research Navada Las Vegas 89119 u.s.a

Rebuttal:
I received my first order on time. But they talked me in to getting on their automatic withdraw in case I were to run out before time to order. (It saved me money, so I did it.)
The product seemed to be working just fine. But instead of sending out the order before the month was out, they waited till another month to send it. Even after I complained, they didn't say anything except that someone had put it wrong on the computer.
I was out of product for three weeks, and the day after Thabksgiving, I get this package. (Alot of good it did to have lost the 9 pounds that I did lose in that month previous!) Cause I gained over half of it back from not having the product.
If you need to lose weight, I would suggest Dr. Atkins Diet. It does work for those who can afford to eat meats.
