Drugsupplystore.com - Neel Enterprise Delivery not made and Paid money not refunded Fenton Michigan

I ordered merchandise from drugsupplystore.com on July 25, 2008. This is my first time ordering with them and I had ordered from various companies online in last 7 or 8 years without problem.

On Aug 29, 2008 after I followed up by email then they replied that they were out of stock. I asked for order cancellation and had their reply that a full credit made to my account.

Then I had health problem and went on a trip and assumed that they had refunded to my paypal account only to find out beginning of Oct. that I did not have their refund in my paypal account.

I asked them for proof and on Oct. 7 I had their reply that they refunded under a confirmation number 237153940F. I called up paypal and they said they could not say anything about this confirmation number and that dispute expired after 45 days after ordering.

I asked the store to provide a copy of the refund relating to that confirmation number and they refused and that I should lodge a dispute. I replied that the dispute had expired and asked again that they should check on their refund and provide me with details. They refused.

If they have refunded why would they not show me proof of the refund and rectify mistake (if any made)? So I think this is a scam and they may have used this paypal dispute expiry and made fantastic profit by getting full money no need to ship goods nor refund. Or someone inside channeled the refund elsewhere and the store or some management for whatever reason does not want to put this into the open.

Any people here have experience with getting refunds from reluctant online stores or any authority I can go to get them refund me?
