Easy white

After reading advertisement from new york times, I followed the direction. Their advertisement said it's free for try. I did not even try products and  they charged $78. The consumer was not aware about that because I was not informed. I tried to return the product which was not opened at all, they refused it. I do not prefer non FDA approved product with $78 cost.

Dear Chloe,

We are sorry to hear that you did not understand our terms of how our offer works. It clearly states that it is a 10 day trial from the date of order and by the time you receive the product you have about a week to try it. The terms also state that you will see results within 5 days. When placing the order you had to check a box stating that you have read and understand the terms of the offer. We also emailed a copy to you after the order was placed and supplied a copy with the shipment.
