There is a product they advertise I havent used before.
Now of course, who buys something they dont know if it works or not.
So at the bottom of their website they advertise in a nice graphic
"MoneyBack Guarantee!" so I figure thats pretty obvious, so I order the product.
The problem is, there is tiny little URL that says "policy details" and if you dont read it, try and return the product for your moneyback guarantee, you'll find its merely a return policy for unusued, unopened merchandise. PLUS, if you return something, you get charged a restocking fee. (assuming you can get ahold of them, as they have no email, and dont answer the phone)
SO lets look at their moneyback guarantee...
You use the product, it doesn't work, you cant get your moneyback. Its that simple. Where's the guarantee, or the moneyback?
You dont use the product, you only get part of your moneyback.
Extrremely deceptive advertising, and I also reported this to the BBB.
