Nutralane Fraudulent Credit Card Charges Avarda Colorado

I have experienced fraudulent activity by Nutralane, which the company has not resolved as of 7/28/09. I did not initiate any trial transaction or activity in any way, shape or form with this company. A fraudulent charge simply showed up on my CC.

I had to have my card cancelled, and have the CC company investigate the fraudulent charges, which they subsequently removed from my statement.

Nutralane has subsequently contacted me and stated they expect payment for this transaction I did not initiate, or they will turn this over to collections!

It's looking like this is a company that makes it's money by obtaining a credit card number any way they can, through deception or outright identity theft, then rides that CC number to the greatest extent they can.

The Nutralane order number associated with this complaint is 1702159, if anyone from this company cares to step up and make this right.
