Avoid this business at all costs. They ship drugs to consumers that are not what the physician prescribed for the patient. We are a Doctors office that deals in bio-identical Harmone replacement. Doctors expect pharmacies to fill prescriptions in the manner by which they were prescribed and provide patients with easy to follow instructions. After using this pharmacy for several months, our patients consistently begin to complain about not getting results from the therapy.

The pharmacist was not helpful in resolving the issue.Nicholas Del Gandio, co-owner, is perhaps the most rude and uncooperative Pharmacist with whom I have ever spoken. He didn't care whether there product had worked or even want to listen to the problems patients were reporting.We are now out thousands of dollars and dozens of patients for improperly compounded medication. Partell used to be a reputable business but since changing ownership has become solely interested in money rather than patient safety or resolving issues with customers. (Fortunately, we caught the problem in time and no one was harmed or injured - THIS TIME.)
