The juiced Moose thejuicedmoose.com Contacting The Juiced Moose RIPOFF!!!!!! (sorry adding these so they show up on search engines when typed in.)
This company is a piece of work... First off the telephone number when called takes your to a voice message that says "This is The Juiced Moose if you are calling about "blah blah blah" please email us for it is the quickest and easiest way to handle all your questions." or it just says "This voice message box is full please call again later" I Emailed this company multiple times and never even received a response. They were on time to take my money out of my account but not to ship (If they Even Shipped it).. The website says it will be shipped within 24 hours via UPS ground But a week later nothing ever showed up..... Well I'm a UPS employee and I load the trucks in the morning and have a very good Idea how long something shipped through this company via UPS ground and it doesn't take a week guaranteed especially since the company is based in Marion, OH and the the traveling distance to my house In Traverse City, MI is 386 miles. I don't normally wine and yell about stuff but after wasting hours on the phone getting bounced between Chase banks, Paypal, and then back to Chase Banks to file a claim on the payment and get my money back I am so frustrated and angry that I'm reporting this BS..... Even if it by chance happened to be a matter of them not shipping it yet (Says will be shipped within 24 hours) it still makes them a horrible company to deal with and extremely shady considering there is no communication other than a email saying your money has been taken out of your account and no way to legitimately get in contact with them. I would never ever ever recommend them no matter what kind of deals they have on their website stay away from The Juiced Moose.

This customers report makes a valid point - we got hammered over the holidays, which is a double-edged sword. Great business, but we were caught up by it and had a delay time of 7-10 days just to get orders out! This customer has been fully refunded and will recieve products for free, as that is how we handle delays.

The owner claims that he sent to items for free because he "felt sorry" for the delay in orders and also says he refunded my money... this is not true in fact I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back and still have not received my products I went to Supplementwarehouse.com where they will price match any price on the internet and even go 5% below the lowest price you can find... If you really want the deals that the Juiced Moose has to offer just go there and use the "Juiced Moose" as the website to be pricematched with I did this and received my supplements less then a week later and payed less then I would have orignally going with the juiced moose.... Stay away from this scam this company is a POS.
