I ordered a product from this supposed online pharmacy in september. i was to receive my product by october 5. that date came and went so i called the customer service number for the site. They told me there may have been problems with shipping and to wait until october 20th. so i did. that date came and went. so i called the customer service number again. they promised to reship and expedite the order at their cost. they told me to wait until october 28. this is now well over a month since the initial order was placed. it took this company all of 15 minutes to extract money from my credit card, but they can't send my product in a month's time? October 28th came and went so i called the customer service number again. this time i was ugly. i told them i was tired of waiting, tired of excuses and i wanted my money back, NOW. True to form, they told me it would take them at least a week. So today i get a package certified mail that is from this company. They had a return receipt put on it so they don't have to refund my money. i open the package, and its 60 sugar pills. i chewed one up to be sure my suspicions were correct. sugar and wax. 250 dollars of my money. I just want my money back. not to mention this site sells drugs for conditions like high blood pressure and depression. people are paying for these drugs and either not getting them or are taking placebos for serious conditions.
