Paradise Cleaners Lied to my face about how much my dry cleaning would cost Centennial Colorado

I came into Paradise Cleaners to drop off 9 button down shirts that I wear for work and I simply asked the lady at the desk how much each shirt is to get cleaned. She responded, 2.25 a piece. So, ok I'm thinking to myself from simple math that it will be about 20 bucks to get these shirts cleaned, plus I had a 10% off coupon so even better.

I come back to pick my shirts up and am told that my total is 37.95! Twice the amount I was told it would be. It was a high school age girl that was there when I picked my shirts up, so there wasn't much I could say besides that I would never come there again and she should let her manager know why. But somehow I doubt she cared or would even tell her manager considering she didn't show any concern for the fact that I was told each of the 9 shirts would be 2.25 each. She just said a very dry, "I'm sorry".

I do feel the customer service from the high school girls that work there is so poor and they could care less that they are ripping you off by telling you one price, then "special dry cleaning" your shirts for 6 dollars each.

I will definitely go back to using heritage cleaners or another competitor in the area, instead of a place that cannot and will not level with you when one of their employees makes a mistake or just does not care or have the ability to fix it.
