Doba Dropshipping Scam Internet

I signed up for the doba drop shipping free trial offer online.  At first I turned down the 7 day free offer because I did not think that was enough time to test it.  Then I was offered a 14 day trial period and I accepted that and wrote down the expiration date of January 16, 2010 so I could cancel if I wanted to.  The very next day Steven called me and offered a 15 month program for $360.  At no time did he say that offer would negate my 14 day trial. 

The next day I went on the doba site and did not see the items I was interested in selling.  I also saw that my credit card had already been charged by doba.  When I called and told them I did not want to continue I was told that there would not be a refund because the free 14 day trial had been cancelled.  They have refused to refund my money.  They said I should have known that the 14 day free offer was cancelled.  This is nothing but a dishonest bait and switch scam.
