It seems that Mr Holland likes to make rude,vulgar and threatening comments to others yet he can't stand to be held accountable for his actions.He cried to youtube and they removed the truthful videos.He cannot exert any pressure on the above site

There is justice in the world even if the effects are felt only temporarily.Gbayemporium aka Mr. Geoffry R Holland has had his account suspended from eBay for his cumulative examples of bad behavior and inadvertantly bringing eBay into a criminal investigation regarding Mr. Holland for Identity theft and computer hacking resulting in the destruction of two web sites.

It should also be noted that his eBay blog was removed in it's entirety for some reason.Thjat he will possibly be back doing business the same sick and vindictive way is almost a granted but the consumer world can at least hope that he learns a lesson that he is not above the law and rules/regulations.

An interesting note is that the gbayemporiumexposed video on youtube was removed and the producer's privalages were suspended for posting nothing but the truth but the president of ebay susbscribed tot he site and shortly thereafter it was taken down.Anytime that the truth is hidden,then the whole company becomes suspect.Beware folks.

I should note that I have been suspended as well to be fair but I am tickled pink at the outcome.

Gbayemporium was reinstated by eBay so in all fairnness,it needs to be posted.

Justice? Geoff Holland aka ebay member Gbayemporium suspended from Ebay. However he claims it was a “foul-up”. He was reinstated after approx 8 hours. I do not for 1 minute believe that Ebay ‘mistakenly' suspended him. All of his 5000 listings were removed, his blog completely deleted. He can claim it was a ‘foul-up if he wants to. I just can't believe that Ebay would remove a gold powerseller with over 5000 listings without reason. I am sure that since he lives very close to the Burnaby office then he probably went down there and persuaded them (his friends)to let him back in. Ebay is corrupt…the back door left WIDE OPEN.
