This company took my order and did not deliver the product. They claimed to need an undetermined amount of time to aquire the stock. A Paypal dispute has since been filed and has still not been resolved 11 days after the inital order.

Any time I attempt to contact and inquire about my refund via their online chat, they request that I cancel my Paypal dispute. At this point I ask for a timeframe when the refund will be completed. Then they either disconnect the chat (has happened at least 7 times) or they state the manager will be in within 3-4 hours and that they are "very sory"

I have since found several other people online with a similar experience. I highly reccomend not using this service.
