netwebsale I paid for an item at a set price but was charged twenty times more Internet

netwebsale is the company I wish to complain about I was told the price for an item I purchased from torrentrector was $4.95 but
when I went to pay at netwebsale they said I was liable for a further charge of $98.95 at a future date. I do not  agreed to pay $4.95  I dont have any more money and certainly did not agree to buy anything for $98.95  now or in the future when this was notified I tried to pull out of the deal I received an email to say my credit card has been charged with $4.95 I tried to cancel the deal I cannot afford $100.00 I dont want the product  anymore I will get it elsewhere I am happy to lose the $4.95 but I will not accept a charge for $98.95 now or in the future.
I cannot believe that a company would ask for payment for something they have not provided and I have not ordered and they
have the hide to ask me to agree to have my credit card debited for $98.95 . That is a rip off
