OnlineAuction.com - OLA.com Onine Auction No Support & Knowingly Allows Scam Sellers Grants Pass Oregon

I signed up on Online Auction just a couple or three months ago. Paid the "founding member" price of $196 which included a home 'store'.
Since then I have emailed numerous times about features in my home store not working. No response.
Emailed several times about a seller listing jewelry items as diamond, gold and platinum. No response. Emailed seller ("salesforyou" from the UK) eight times asking if items were genuine diamond and solid gold. No response. This seller's only feedback was for selling a Rolex watch that turned out to be counterfeit.
It is obvious to me OLA.com is only out to get my subscription fee. They don't care if the site is functional or if scammers are selling there.

Okay, I'll respond honestly to my posted report. After posting they finally did cancel the scam seller's listings. I received email from Joyce at OLA as their concern seemed to be with a buyer of this seller who purchased item in July and never received it and the seller would not respond to their emails.
I received a phone call from OLA and the feeling was I sent my concerns to the wrong dept or they went to the auto filter spam black hole thing. Maybe...
My store/homepage still does not fully function after a couple months but there was not much concern on the part of the caller on that issue. Sending email to the webmaster just returned as non-deliverable. Overall my store/homepage looks okay just some of the features don't auto-populate as they should.
Granted, this is a relatively new company and as with any website who experiences unforeseen growth combined with site upgrades and changes this has apparently been the cause of mis-communication or glitches.
My biggest concern was I started wondering if anybody worked there as I could not get any response from numerous emails. Maybe they were just disappearing into the spam filter, I don't know. The suggestion was to make a phone call for best results. Okay, will do.
I do hope to see this site get better organized and publicized. It really does look to have promise with friendly, helpful members for the most part. The attitude seems so much more hopeful than the 'other' place where hope in any positive sense is unheard of.

Ola has actually been in business for 10 years. Chris Fain has just been sole owner for the last 4 or 5 years.
