I purchased an instructional programwhich was to be downloaded however the main part of the program which also included a number of modules the program would not download despite several attempts. I kept receiving messages informing me that files were damaged and could not be repaired. The other modules however I sucessfully downloaded. When I attempted to contact the vendor at different email addresses associated with him there was no response or even acknowledgement of my complaint although I wrote several times. His site showed no hesitancy in taking my money for the product. Below is a copy of details which I had sent in complaint.
