Purchased a LCD Screen - Termed as "Refurbished" from the ebay store "Buy It Now" opton.
The screen was listed as a :
Item:HP LCD 15.4" WUXGA 416413-001 416899-001 Tested
on Ebay Priced at $133.00 (WUXGA is a screen with 1920 X 1200 pixels.)

The item arrived dead on arrival. I shipped the item back within 3 days after recieving it after getting a RMA # from the company customer support, which required 3 seperate calls and 4 emails. The item arrived back in their possesion  on the 23rd (delievery confirmation) (the day before Christmas eve) I waited for hours,  got no refund.

After emailing them about this, I was told the refund would be processed that day.

After not getting a refund on that day as I was told I would, I called the company the next day (Christmas Eve) to see why I still had no refund. I was getting nothing but answering machines, so I opted for the Sales department, just so happens the Vice President of the company answers the call. Tells me he is the vice president and after I said to him, his company should be more careful about shipping dead products to customers, he began laughing out loud, and said something like "*hit happens, Lighten up Dude", this guy was laughing at my problem, a problem that his company caused, sure things happen, but for him to laugh about a problem I am having due to his companies incompetence , that is another story. That is arrogance.
If you have any other choice, take that choice over this company. These people are basic thieves, have not a care in the world about you satisfaction.
Their customer servce people will go to the length of telling you "uh, I can't hear you, your breaking up, I can't hear you, you'll have to call back..." AFTER they hear you want your REFUND.  I have called left messages, emailed the president of the company, nothing. No response. Ebay has opened a case against them, and my next step is to get PayPal involved. This is plain and simple, a rip-off company.

It is 5 days later and I have still not gotten a refund.
( it is a simple e-transaction through PayPal, it takes 20 seconds to issue a refund)

Full Refund Was Given After Calling The President of the Company.

Full Refund Was Finally Given After Calling The President of the Company.
Pete Hawkins (CEO) was helpful in getting this resolved. No one else.
The amount of frustration I went through to deal with these people was enourmous.
I am greatful to get my money back after creating an EBay Case against them and a PayPal case against them, however, I would not do business with them again for all the tea in China.
