Teston, Owner, SafariGifts Internet store owner's name and physical address matches 11 past incidents for computer scams, fraud or other now creates new auctions under gift store name then Won't Answer Numerous Emails for items bought or sold Jesup Georgia

In May 2008, this individual created over 200 new auctions under a new name at Epier.com a wonderful reputable auction site and also placed bids on many other sellers auctions and stated intent to pay, but never did consumate numerous binding contracts. The SafarGifts owner then disappeared completely and never answered emails from either bidders or sellers.
This person Won't Answer Numerous Emails for items bought or sold.

This in itself might just sound annoying, but when one investigates the name "Teston" and exact physical address in Jesup Georgia, one finds the names "Jannette" (and husband "Marty" Teston) come up under internet scams/ripoffs. This name Teston with address comes up 11 times under differently named auctions sites, online stores and/or gift shops for computer scams, internet fraud or other so called scams.

If this person is honest, why don't they respond to emails by buyers and sellers after weeks go by? Why is the same name/address reported by numerous people from many different states regarding online dealings that cross state boundaries?
