When he arrives (late) Ben Delci then procedes to claim the repair is almost 4 times as much. From $150 on the phone to $600 when he arrives. When i asked him to leave he became combative. Say " Im a marine i dont lie". Relizing he was very primitive person i told him i calling to police. He quickly packed up his messy gear and shouted profanity at my wife. He finally left.
