Bounce Energy Watch out for this lieing energy folks. Houston, Texas

When we got on Bounce Energy we were on a Electricty plan and no  deposit. We were on 2 plans I think but my wife's health began to to down and almost died. We were late because of this and moved into a nice home. As we moved into this home June of last year 2010 we were place on a (Super Saver @ 11.1900 centk/Wh. I called then this month and asked them we wanted to go into a plan better than we were on and better price. They told us NO becuase we started with this plan we are on now. They deleted the information when we first were on Bounce Energy and I never dreamed of saving that paper work we got in early june of last year. They told us if we wanted to get a new plan we would have to pay a deposit of $300.00 because we were never on a plan before shame shame they are lieing to me. I am not late on have been on time paying the bill. We must wait until September before we get a new plan with no deposit. Please if you get on Bounce save everything you get from them and I pray you don't have someone close to you almost die because of health trouble.
