The company (CB Lucas) did not call or show up for an emergency situation and my family and I went the whole weekend without heat in 20 - 30 degree weather. The only reason why we contacted this company is because N.V.P., Inc. the builder of the home we purchased in April of 2011 use them to install the heating and air conditioning unit (the house is still under warranty). First we had a problem with the A/C unit in the summer and now we are having a problem with the heat in the winter. I called several number and emailed Wayne and Mike and did not receive a response from either correspondence. They state on their website that they have 24/7 emergency service but they do not. Our house is extremely cold and our children had to endure this the whole weekend. This is totally unacceptable. The date the heat stopped working was January 14, 2012 and with January 16, 2012 being a holiday I do not know if we will have to wait until Tuesday January 17, 2012 before we hear anything from the company about getting heat in our home. 

Anyone thinking about using N.V.P., Inc. as a builder or CB Lucas to install or repair their heating and air units should use CAUTION, because there is no EMERGENCY assistance if you need it.
