Not only did JustAnswer.com technician not solve my problem, but I was automatically billed through PayPal for telling him so (whereas I was supposed to be given the right to decline billing). Moreover, they signed me up for a continuing subscription (for $29 per month) and claimed I had done it. I wasted much time canceling out the subscription with PayPal. Beware the JustAnswer/PayPal combine, which like the agricultural machine is set up to harvest your money.

These folks came through with a refund of the fee charged, and I should have been more patient in awaiting an outcome. I believe their web site and interface with PayPal could be improved to avoid such problems, but there is nothing like good customer service to compensate for such deficiencies.
