Laurence Robin is rude and arrogant. He sends unlicensed and unsupervised people by themselves without appointments who know nothing about electrical and will yell at you if you ask a question. Some have threatened consumers with their tools where a police complaint had to be filed. His workers generally wander around the premises and try to do little or no work. You do not want to be alone with these terrorists. Caveat Emptor!
