If one runs a DNB report on Scott Rister or his company State Capital Financial, nothing else would have to be said. His company has one of the worst reports I have ever seen. Scott hires people and doesn't pay them. We did 9K worth of work and he didn't pay a cent toward his bill. When we tried to collect we found his business is not license in the state of Fl and he and his company has burned many customer as a credit repair company. Over the past 10 yrs he has had many different company names. Lookup State Capital in Hallandale fl you wouldnt be able to count the reports on one hand. Scott is a flim flam man stay clear!
