Westar Energy I was over charge for service I did not use. Topeka, Kansas

I departed for vacation June 24, 2010 and return home Augusta 8, 2010. When I leave home I turn my  central air and heating unit to off. I unplug all electronic devices expect the refrigerator. I received an $148. 52 bill reading that I use 1402 KWH.  

I call Westar explain to them that I was not home and they stated for the month of July that was normal usage. I could not get pass it was not what I usage I was not home.

I also explain to them that I do not use my air condition when I am home and my bill is still very high. You can ask my any one that come in visit. they do not stay long because my house is normally very warm to others in the summer. 

I have the same problem in winter use very little electric and receive a large bill because the temp was very cold not what I use. I use a wood burn fire place to keep warm.

Westar Energy charge me what they want to. This has been going on for years.  Westar Energy is a Ripoff.  They say replace your windows, I have. Unplug all electronic devices when not in use, I do.
