APOBOX.com Shipped MY package But it was empty (Twice), Internet

I am a contractor Here in Afghanistan and recently ordered 2 iPads from apple.com 1 week apart. I received my 1st package and opened the box and it was empty no iPad, just the cardboard that holds it. Thinking it might have been stolen in the process or apple might not have sent me anything, I would wait to see the second package. A week later I received my second package and it was the same the box was empty with nothing inside. I know now that I had to happen when the package was reshipped through APOBOX.com and in both cases it was packed by the same person Melinda Hauptmann. So, I called them to file a report and just get the answer machine. I suggest that no one should use APOBOX.com anymore because it cannot be trusted.
