This company advertized a replacement battery that I needed for a Dell laptop computer. I ordered the battery and paid with Visa. The battery took about 3 weeks to arrive. It did not fit the laptop. It looked similar but was not correctly built. I tried to return the battery and was delayed with multiple emails of confusing nature. It may have been the language difference that made them confusing. Eventually I was told I would get a refund less shipping and restocking fee which amounted to over 50% of my original cost. What an easy way to make money. Sell something. Ship a defective item. Get the item back. Keep half the money.
