Well, after I bought a Xbox360 from them for $229.95, after I played after a couple of times it broke with a E 74 Error. I sent it back and 3 weeks later I received a "new" Xbox360 in the mail. Then, once again, it broke with the same E 74 error. When I asked them again if we can return it, they had no response. Time and time again I've asked but still got no result, I even sent them a few e-mails but still nothing. I see many other people have the same problem with this "seller" and I see what now to do with this problem.

Please, these guys seem great at first but believe me...there not!

Customer sent the system to the wrong location.

AUTHOR: Cnc imports, llc - Tampa (USA)

The customer sent the system to a closed down business (Netfoundation, LLC) for repair, rather than our Florida location where I asked them to send it.

Netfoundation, LLC was our supplier for the Xbox 360 systems, they out of nowhere closed their doors on me and the owner, Richard Hauf, continued to accept MY customer's systems at his personal residence, basically stealing them.
