I have had a Creative Labs Zen Micro for a number of years and it has worked finn. Recently I had ot upload a firmware upgrade to be able to continue downloading music from Napster. This upgrade failed and also deleted all my previously held music. I cannot even download the music held on my computer. I contacted Creative Labs customer support and the answer I got back was " as your product is out of warranty you will have to pay $12.95 to speak to a customer support representative"
I think this is very unfair since I have no problem with the player itself it is just the firmware upgrade that was forced upon me which has not only crahsed the player but deleted all my previously held music and made my account in Napster unuseable.
My Zen Micro is a great player but Creative Labs, who make it, customer support is abysmal.
