Dr. Bass LLC I paid in full for a bass speaker cabinet months ago and have not received it. I get no return e-mails. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

In July of this year (2009) I ordered a bass speaker cabinet from Dr. Bass LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC from Marc Serio (owner). I paid in full ($498.00) and as of this date (11/15/2009) I have not received it. The cab was initially promised within 2 weeks. Obviously, that didn't happen. I called and asked why I had not received it and Mr. Marc Serio said I would receive it by the end of the following week. That did not happen either. I have, subsequently, e-mailed several times asking for a refund with no response. His website (on 9/28/09) stated that they had moved and that all backordered cabs would be received by 10/28/09. That didn't happen either. I must, at this point, assume that I will not receive either the cabinet or my money so I am assuming that his whole operation is just a front to abscond with peoples money. I have since ordered and received new bass cabinets from another manufacturer and I no longer need the cabinet, supposedly, being built by Dr. Bass Cabinets and Mr Serio. In short I want my money back!!
