eglobalelectronics No customer service after the sale is made! Internet

I purchased a netbook for my husband for Christmas thinking I was getting a good deal.  It came quickly but i could not get wifi on it and i was suppose to be able to.  I tried to call about 3 times before Christmas to get it to work before I gave it to him but no one answered my call or returned my call after leaving  3 messages.   So i emailed them waited two weeks for a response.  The response was apply for a rma number.  I emailed again for a rma number they said it could be up two weeks to get one.  I received a email in a couple of days saying they assigned a rma number but i have to wait til it is approved, but that was three weeks ago and i am still calling and leaving messages but still no response.
