Fidelity custom earphones made custom in ear monitor headphones once upon a time. As of a year and a half ago they continued to sell them but stopped making them. We ordered two sets of earphones totaling $1,000 and they never sent them. They do not answer the phone or return calls for anything other than new orders. We pretended to call about a new order and they returned our call. We inquired about our late order and were told it would be rushed.

We have since checked with the BBB and the company has had their status revoked with 70+ complaints of fraud. This company is still stealing money from people.
