I purchased a Kingston 256K memory chip in February from Circuit City with a $25 dollar manufacturer rebate. All the necessary UPC codes, register receipts and forms were submitted within the specified time frame. Kingston is denying the rebate because they say the UPC code doesn't qualify for the rebate. It is the exact item that and meets all the criteria that was on the Circuit City web site. Kingston was faxed all the paperwork that was originally sent showing the codes match but is still denying the rebate. Do not buy any Kingston products and be wary of any rebates offered buy Circuit City.
