Kodak Esp5 Printer esp 5 is garbage Internet

Like a moron i bought a kodak esp5 all in one because of the outrages claims of cheaper ink. it paper jams all the time , so slow to start up and noisy. the print head needs replacing all the time and service is a joke. when the print head stops working then nothing else works so now i have to not only replace my printer but i have to buy a new scanner. kodak will not help to resolve my issue and will leave you hanging on the line for hours until you get fed up and hang up. i wish i had bought an hp, id rather pay the difference in ink than the headaches this junk causes. i will never buy another kodak product no matter how good it sounds. i would love to have my money back !!!!
